Firstly my name is Viggens Guerrier aka TRIP TU FAME (producer name)Born in Boston raised in Lawrence  and Haverhill As a child I instantly gravitated towards music, hip hop genre more than anything because the relation of being in the struggle, being poor not having things I can easily identify with. My whole life I been listening to music and have an ear for music. In Scale Musik I will provide services to artists on the label, such as making videos, editing also. Producing beats, networking and promoting for artists streams and shows so on etc. I am willing  to provide services for outside sources to expand my brand & name. Our mission is to impact and enhance our artists in ways like Knowledge of Music, Information Learning, Relationship Building, Education & Free Online Tools some people may not consider. I have 2 Co-Writers in my team to help create songs or hits, joints. Also looking to expand my team with Driven people, who are willing to put in work as a unit and come up with ideas, creators create let us create together. With the vision in place we will be transparent, open and receptive to allow scale musik to reach or exceed it's goals over the next 2 years or 3 few years. Music Tech Start-Up scale muzik is hiring. Scale muzik production is an exclusive online music marketplace (and that’s all we can say for now). We are seeking an enthusiastic entry level paid A&R intern to focus on sorting submissions.

This person must have A&R experience at a label, publishing company, management company or DSPs.

Scale  muzik is seeking a paid A&R intern to handle a variety of functions for our platform, primarily sorting and handling all song submissions. We are looking for someone who wants to build and grow with us long-term. If being apart of a music start-up excites you, then this is job is for you.

You should be passionate about the music industry and have some previous experience working in a creative role at a record label, music publisher, management company or music streaming service. You should be a self-starter, and adaptable to frequent change as we are in the beginning stages.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for assisting Head of A&R in all aspects
• Review Artist/Producer/Songwriter submissions
• Assist with weekly research reports focused on current charts, trends etc.
• Building databases for A&R Research (Must be proficient in Excel)
• Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure A&R department runs smoothly

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A&R music industry experience, preferably at a record label, music publisher, management company, music tech or DSP
• Knowledge of music, tech, music production
